 Sorghum Waffles  
Source: GFCF Recipes
 
Ingredients:
1 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fructose (or 3 Tbsp sugar)
2 Tbsp oil
1-1/4 cup dairy substitute (i.e. Dari Free)

Instructions:
1.  In a large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients.
2.  Blend in wet ingredients, mixing well.
3.  Preheat waffle iron, per manufacturer's instructions.
4.  Allow waffles to cook approximately 2 additional minutes after indication light signals that waffles are done.
