      Standard Shipping – Your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days or less.

      Express Delivery - Your order will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders received after Wednesday, 9:00 AM (est) will be delivered the following week. Additional charges will be applied at checkout.

      Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico – Delivery times may be longer and additional shipping charges may be applied at checkout.

      Please be sure to include proper and complete addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

      International Shipping

      Allergy Grocer ships its products all over the world. Rates, delivery method, and shipping times vary depending on order size and destination. You may be subject to additional border service agency handling fees, duties, and taxes for your package depending on your country’s regulatory agency requirements.

      Packing and Shipping Your Return

      Return shipping is easy and free – after contacting Allergy Grocer’s customer service department, simply seal the item to be returned inside an appropriate shipping box and then securely attach the prepaid shipping label emailed to you by our customer service representative. Then, depending on the shipping method you were informed to use, leave it for USPS carrier or call for UPS or FedEx pick-up, or if convenient and depending on the shipping method you were instructed to use, drop the package off at the post office, UPS, or FedEx site.

      Ordering on-line at Allergy Grocer was designed to be as user friendly as possible. Simply click the “add to cart” tab associated with the desired items. Your shopping cart contents can be reviewed anytime by clicking the “my cart” tab. When you are finished shopping, proceed to checkout and review your cart. Items can be deleted and additional items can be added at this time. When you are certain that your order is correct, submit the order. The website will verify your name and address as well as calculate the total charge including any shipping fees.

      To order an item from a mailing, please enter the item number in the search tab on the home page and click submit. The website will take you to the desired item that you may then add to your shopping cart.

      You will be notified when your order has been shipped from Allergy Grocery’s fulfillment warehouse located in Maryland, USA.

      Payment, Pricing, & Promotion

      All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars except where otherwise indicated. Visa and Master Credit and Debit cards are accepted for payment which is required prior to product shipment.

      From time to time and at the sole discretion of Allergy Grocer, various product sales and promotions will be offered. The promotional terms will be clearly stated and strictly adhered to.

      Viewing Orders

      While shopping on Allergy Grocer’s website, you can view your order by clicking the view cart tab. Items can be added or removed anytime before the order is submitted. After order submission, items cannot be added or deleted.

      If the chosen shipping method offers order tracking, a website link and order tracking number will be included in your emailed invoice. If standard shipping is chosen, order tracking is not an available option.

      You will be notified when your order has been shipped from Allergy Grocery’s fulfillment warehouse located in Maryland, USA.

      Your personal account information including your name, address, email, telephone number, credit card information, and payment options can be updated anytime. Simply click on the my account tab and then the edit tab and change the appropriate information, double check that it is accurate and then click ok.
