 Low Sugar Banana Bread  
                               Source :Betty Anthony, GFCF Recipes

Cream:
3 ripe bananas -- mashed
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Stevia powdered extract
 
Sift together:
3 cups gfcf flour mix -- I used a sorghum flour mix
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Instructions:
1.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
2.   Add to banana mixture and combine well.
3.   Transfer into greased or lined muffin tins about  3/4 full.
4.   Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Adjust time, if baking in loaf pans.
