Cookie Cutter Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c sugar
1 cup shortening

4 egg yolks
1 tsp dried orange peel or GFCF vanilla
1 1/2 c potato starch flour
2/3 c cornstarch
2/3 c tapioca flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In large mixing bowl, blend sugar and shortening.

3. Blend in orange peel or vanilla.

4. In separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients. Add to first mixture. It will seem crumbly, but work dough until balls form.

5. Roll out 1/8" thick.

6. Cut shapes and transfer to greased cookie sheet.

7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
