 Bread Machine White Bread

* This makes a delicious, moist loaf of bread that can be eaten plain or as a sandwich when fresh, or used for bread pudding or stuffing when dry.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1  1/2 cup acceptable milk substitute(i.e. Dari Free)

1/4 cup oil

1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar

1 cup brown rice flour

1 cup white rice flour  

1 Tbsp xanthan gum

1/2 cup potato starch

1/2 cup tapioca flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 1/2 Tbsp sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

2 1/4 tsp gluten free yeast

Instructions:

Setttings vary on bread machines, so you may need to experiment before finding the right one for you. I use a two-pound medium-colored crust loaf setting.
