Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Ingredients:

3-4 oz marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pound casein free/gluten free chocolate

Instructions:

1. Dice marshmallows.

2. Melt chocolate in microwave.

3. Use at tray with waxed paper. Pour 1/2 of chocolate on waxed paper. Cover with nuts and marshmallows.

4. Cover with remaining chocolate.

5. Cool and cut or break into pieces
