Lime Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts or legs and thigh parts
 
Place chicken and lime marinade in large resealable bag and place in refrigerator to marinade for 2-3 hours before grilling or broiling until chicken is fully cooked.
 
Lime Marinade
 
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed (about 4 limes)
2 Tbsp chocpped onions
1 Tbsp chopped or dried tarragon
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
 
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
