 Spaetzel (German Noodle Dumplings)

Ingredients:

 

1 cup Miss Roben’s biscuit mix(I sifted the entire mix with the yeast and then scooped out one cup)

2 eggs

1/3 cup milk substitute

 

Instructions:

 

1.  Combine ingredients until soft and smooth, transfer into the dispensing section of a Spaetzel maker or  into a cookie gun with the Spaetzel attachment that is provided for some models..  

2.  Drop into boiling water or broth.  

3.  Drain, if desired or serve as a dumpling in stewed chicken.
