 Vanilla Donuts

Source: GFCF Recipes

Ingredients:

2 cups gluten free flour

2 tsp xanthan gum 

2 Tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk substitute(i.e. Dari Free)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp shortening

2 eggs

Instructions:

1.   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2.  Sift flour, baking powder, & salt.

3.  Blend in the rest of the ingredients until combined.

4.  Bake for about 10 minutes.
