Mexican Lasagna

Uncooked rice lasagna noodles 
28 ounces of refried beans
1 large bottle of salsa
1 pound ground meat (I add seasonings to the meat)
1 - 2 cooking onions

Preheat oven to 350F.  Chop up the onions and cook with the ground meat, until meat is browned.  Warm the refried beans enough so that you can spread them fairly easily.  Line your pan with uncooked noodles.  Spread the beans on top of the noodles. It holds them together.  Add a layer of meat mix. Then layer noodles, beans and meat until pan
is full. Place uncooked noodles on the top.  Pour the Salsa over the top. Fill the jar with water and carefully pour that over the top of noodles and salsa, use caution not wash off the salsa.  Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 mins - until
all excess moisture is absorbed.
