Pina Colada Popsicles

1 can pineapple chunks in juice
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Whiz together in a blender until smooth.  Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.  Makes about 6 popsicles. 

I have also added ice cubes to the blender and made a smoothy out of the mixture.
