3/4 pound ground beef- browned with onion and drained 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 pound bacon-cooked until slightly crisp and chopped 1- 16 ounce can of each: Lima Beans Red Kidney Beans Butter Beans 2- 16 ounce cans of gluten free Pork –N- Beans in Tomato Sauce Mix together
cooked meat, bacon and beans in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine: 2 Tbsp vinegar 1/2 cup gluten free ketchup 1 tsp yellow mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1-2 tsp gluten free Worcestershire sauce Add to meat and bean mixture. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes or longer until beans are heated through. Serves 12-14 *Can substitute 1- 16 ounce can of garbanzo beans for 1 can of Pork-N-Beans |
