Mock Popcorn - Popped Rice

Ingredients:

rice cakes, broken into popcorn pieces

margarine or butter, melted

salt

Instructions:

In a medium skillet, combine broken rice cakes and enough butter to coat the rice cake pieces. Cook on medium heat until slightly browned, add salt, as desired.
