 Cereal Treats

Ingredients:

1/4 cup margarine

4 cups marshmallows

6 cups gluten free rice crispy style cereal

Instructions:

1.   Grease or spray an 8 x 8 pan for thicker treats or a 9x11 pan for thinner bars. 

2.  In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat

3.  Add marshmallows, stirring constantly until melted.

4.  Stir in cereal, blending until coated. 

5.  Gently press into prepared pan or press into lightly oiled metal cookie cutters to make shaped treats. 

6.  Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

7.  Cut into squares.
