 Chocolate Bonbon Cookies  
Source GFCF Recipes
 
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten free flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp egg replacer + 2 Tbsp water
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla

 
Instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  
2. Cream butter, egg replacer and sugar. 
3.  Add melted chocolate.
4.  Mix in dry ingredients. 
5.  Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. 
6.  Bake for 12 minutes.

Peppermint Glaze 

3 cups of confectioner sugar
2-3 TBS of water
1/4 tsp of peppermint (I grind dried leaves)
mix and drizzle
