Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cream butter, egg replacer and sugar.
3. Add melted chocolate.
4. Mix in dry ingredients.
5. Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 12 minutes.
Peppermint Glaze 3 cups of confectioner sugar 2-3 TBS of water 1/4 tsp of peppermint (I grind dried leaves) mix and drizzle |
