 Snickerdoodles

Instructions:

1.  Combine:

1 package Miss Roben's Corn-Free Versatile Cookie Mix
3/4 cup Spectrum Palm Shortening
3 T. powdered egg whites
1/4 cup water
2.  In a seperate bowl, combine:
3/4 cup brown sugar + 2 tablespoons cinnamon (more or less, according to desired intensity)

3.  Mix well using a stand mixer.

4.  Form dough into one inch size balls, and roll in brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
