Pina Colada Paletas

1-- 8 ounce can pineapple chunks, in it's own juice
1/2 c coconut milk
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a blender jar. Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy. Divide evenly among 6 fruit bar molds and follow manufacturer's directions for setting sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours. Unmold according to manufacturer's directions.
