Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2.
Grind 1 cup macadama nuts in the blender, but try not to get pastey.
3.
Place ground nuts in a large mixing bowl.
4.
Grind remaining 1 cup of nuts, sugar, and chocolate chips in blender - not too pastey, a little chunky is fine.
5.
Add to the mixing bowl.
6.
Add salt and egg whites, and mix all together. It should be moist, but not soggy wet.
7.
Drop onto parchment paper.
8.
Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes.
9. Allow to cool on the paper a few minutes to firm up before removing.
