 Energy Bars
 

Ingredients:
 
1 cup honey 
1 cup finely chopped walnuts (or equivalent)
1/2 cup dried apricots cut small ( or equivalent) 
1 cup chocolate chip ( or carob chips)
1 cup peanut butter or soynut butter
1/2 cup sunflower seed 
1/2 cup raisins (or dried cranberry)
1/2 cup coconut 

Instructions:
 
1.    Heat honey over low heat in large pot.
2.   When melted, stir in nut butter.
3.   Add nuts, seed, apricots,and mix well.
4.   Stir in chocolate chip and coconut.
5.   Remove from heat.
6.   Pour into non stick pan chill overnight or under hard.
7.   Cut into bars and serve.
