 Low Sodium Baking Powder

 

2 Tbsp cream of tartar

1 Tbsp sodium free baking soda

1 Tbsp cornstarch or potato starch

 

1.  Combine ingredients.

2. Store in airtight container for up to 60 days.

 

 Double-Acting Baking Powder

 

1/4 tsp sodium free baking soda + 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar for each teaspoon needed.
