Jelly Cookies

1 package Miss Roben's animal cookie mix(prepare dough according to mix instructions)
1 jar jam, any flavor
GF marshmallows, cut into 1/4 inch pieces or use chocolate chips
 
Roll dough out thin onto clean, GF floured surface.  Using a shot glass or other small circle device, cut dough out into circles and top 1/2 of the circles with 1 Tbsp jam and 1/4 marshmallow and/or 3-5 chocolate chips.  Top plain circle of dough over topped ones and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18 minutes.
