 Sorghum Waffles  
Source: GFCF Recipes
 
Ingredients:
1 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fructose (or 3 tbs sugar)
2 Tbsp oil
1-1/4 cup milk substitute (i.e. Dari Free)

Instructions:
1.   In a large mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients. 
2.  In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
3.  Combine dry & wet ingredients, blending until smooth.
4.  Follow waffle iron instructions, cooking an extra 2 minutes
or as needed.
