Gina's Gluten Free White Bread Ingredients: 1 cup white rice flour 1/2 cup tapioca starch 1 Tbsp yeast 2. In a small bowl dissolve the yeast in a 1/2 cup of warm water and honey. 3. In medium bowl, mix the eggs, oil, vinegar, and 1/2 cup warm water(reserve remaing water
to achieve the correct dough texture). 4. Add the yeast, mix well. 5. Pour over dry ingredients. 6. Mix well with a stand or hand mixer. 7. If the batter looks thick, add remaining water. 8. If it is too slurpy, you can hear a slurp-slurp sound as it mixes, add 1-2 Tbsp of corn
flour or sweet rice flour. 9. The correct dough texture is thick, not soupy. 10. Transfer batter into prepared pans. 11. Allow to rise for about 1 hr 12. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 13. Bake for 15 minutes. 14. Remove from oven and cool before removing from pan. |
