Buttercream Frosting Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Corn-Free

Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Corn-Free Buttercream Frosting

4 cups corn free confectioner's sugar

1/2 cup margarine or 1/3 cup coconut butter

2-4 Tbsp milk substitute

1 tsp gluten free vanilla

Cream butter and vanilla until thoroughly mixed. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix until creamy and smooth in texture. Gradually add milk, substitute until desired consistency is reached.

Yield: Enough to cover one 9" x 13" sheet or two 9 " round.
