Chewy Brownies Without Eggs

1 package Miss Roben's Chocolate Sugar Cookie Mix

5 Tbsp oil

2 heaping Tbsp Egg Replacer powder

5-6 Tbsp water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Spoon into greased 9" x 9 " pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
