Mocha Frosting

6 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons hot coffee
6 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups confectioner’s sugar

In a small heat proof container, combine hot coffee and cocoa. Add margarine and vanilla, beating until smooth. Slowly add confectioner’s sugar, beat until smooth and fluffy.
