Beef Short Ribs

salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 cup carbonated cola drink
1 cup chili sauce
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
6-10 drops Tabasco sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray skillet with veg oil spray. Brown meat on all sides. Drain excess fat. Put ribs on casserole and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, turning ribs to season all sides. Mix cola, chili sauce, worcestershire sauce and tabasco over ribs. Cover with lid and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
