 Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sorghum flour 

1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp xanthan gum

 

Mix all together.

Add:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk or milk substitute
1/2 cup hot water
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

2.  Grease and flour an 8x8 pan.
3.  Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick or knife inserted into center comes out clean..
