 Honey Molasses Granola

Ingredients:

3 cups buckwheat flakes
1/2 cup coconut shreds -- unsweetened
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey
3 Tbsp molasses -- or sorghum syrup
1 cup raisins

Instructions:

1.   Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2.  Combine all ingredients, except raisins in 14-inch by 10-inch roasting pan; mix well.

3.  Bake 40 minutes, until golden brown, stirring several times.  4.  Remove from oven; stir in raisins.

5.  Store cooled granola in an airtight container.
