World's Best and Easiest Chocolate Pudding
Source: Vegan Vittles

1 1/2 cup crumbled lite silken tofu (firm)
2/3 cup unbleached cane sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, and
process until smooth, creamy and thick. Transfer to a storage container, and
chill the pudding in the refrigerator until serving time.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
