Raspberry Vinegarette Source: GFCF Kids, Yahoo Group 1 -10 oz. jar of seedless raspberry preserves 1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup oil (*Note: I've tried Olive Oil and liked it but it would congeal
every time it was put in the fridge. The next time I used Safflower oil and it was great!) Combine ingredients in the blender and it stays smooth and doesn't separate.You
can also use red wine vinegar, but the rice wine is a bit smoother. |
