Garfava Pizza Crust

1 Tbsp yeast

2/3 cup garfava flour

2 Tbsp dry milk substitute powder

2 tsp xanthan gum

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp unflavored gelatin

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2/3 cup warm water

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp vinegar

Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients, mixing well. Add more water if dough seems too "stiff" (should resemble soft bread dough). Spread evenly onto a greased 12 inch pizza sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 425. (recipe says to then add your favorite toppings and bake for another 20-25 minutes).
