 Garfava Pizza Crust

Source: GFCF Kids, yahoo group

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp yeast

2/3 cup garfava flour

2 Tbsp dry milk substitute powder(i.e. Dari Free)

2 tsp xanthan gum

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp unflavored gelatin

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2/3 cup warm water

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp vinegar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 

2.  Combine dry ingredients.

3.  Add wet ingredient and blend well.

4.  Add additional water if dough seems too "stiff" (should resemble soft bread dough).

5.  Spread evenly onto a greased 12 inch pizza sheet.

5.  Bake for 10 minutes 

6.  Add your favorite toppings and bake for additional  20-25 minutes.
