Turkey Noodle Soup

8 cups turkey broth OR canned chicken broth

4 ounces gluten free noodles -- uncooked

10 ounces frozen whole kernel corn

10 ounces frozen peas

2 cups cooked chopped turkey

salt

freshly ground black pepper

In large heavy saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Add noodles, lower heat and cook according to package directions until almost tender. Add frozen corn and peas and cook for 5 minutes more, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in turkey. Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 5 minutes more. Cook until turkey is heated through.
