 Vanilla Extract

Ingredients:

2 cups gluten free vodka

5 vanilla beans

Instructions:

1.  Cut the 5 vanilla beans into 1 inch pieces, and place in a tight-sealing jar. 

2.  Pour in vodka.

3.  In about 6-8 weeks, the vanilla extract will be ready to use.

Note: It will be a dark brown color. When your supply of extract is getting depleted, pour in some more vodka. When the extract will no longer turn a dark brown, you need new vanilla beans.
