Dairy Free Ice Cream

8 cups prepared Dari-Free

2 eggs

3 Tbsp vanilla

3 Tbsp oil

1/2 cup sugar (optional)

Heat darifree until warm, mix in beaten eggs, oil and vanilla.  Place in electric ice cream mixer and mix.

I make my son shakes with either cocoa powder and stevia or sugar or hersheys syrup. I make sundaes with hersheys syrup and cashews on top/

My son eats this ice cream with no problem.

I have also used vanilla rice milk and almond milk in place of the darifree.
