Dipping Chocolate 8 oz. semisweet chocolate 1/4 c. shortening, melted Place ingredients in top of double boiler. Stir with whisk or wooden
spoon until melted and well-blended. Remove from heat. Insert a 2-pronged fork in candy and gently dip into melted chocolate.
Place dipped candy onto waxed or parchment paper until hardened. |
