Fudgy Buttons Source: Carol, GFCF Kids Melt 4 Tbsp margarine and remove from heat. Add 3 Tbsp cocoa and mix
well. Stir in 1 cup confectioner's sugar, add 1 tsp water or milk substitute and stir until smooth. Add 2 Tbsp creamy
peanut butter and mix well. Drop onto waxed paper, flatten tops and shape into 1" patties or roll into little balls and put
a chocolate chip into the middle. |
