Chicken Nugget Batter

1/2 cup brown rice flour

1/4 cup tapioca flour

1/4 cup baby rice cereal (beachum)

1 tsp salt (or Lawry's seasoning salt)

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp baking powder

Place ingredients in a large ziploc bag and shake them together. Place cut up pieces of chicken or fish in the bag and shake well to coat each piece (I don't coat them with anything, just water). Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
