Adriana's Caravan Wraps, item 2223

1 pound crumbled cooked sausage

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese or dairy free equivalent

1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack or dairy free equivalent

1 cup gluten free ranch dressing or dairy and gluten free equivalent

1 can 2.25 oz. chopped black olives

1/2 c. chopped red pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Drain sausage and blot dry. Combine with all other ingredients except tortillas. Heat tortillas in skillet. Spread with sausage mixture. Place on cookie sheets. Bake till bubbly--about 5 mins or so. Cut into wedges.
