Baked Banana Dessert

4-6 bananas
Brown sugar
1 cup orange juice

Place banana's in a shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with brown sugar or honey. Pour over 1 cup orange juice and bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes spooning juices over bananas halfway through cooking time.

Great served with custard or ice cream.
