Cherries In Honey Syrup
                            Source: We Have A Sweet Tooth

1 tbsp honey
1 cup orange juice
4-6 cups cherries
Greek style yoghurt

Pace 1 heaped tablespoon honey in a saucepan with 1 cup orange juice.  Simmer for 5 minutes then cool and pour syrup over 4 - 6 cup cherries and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  serve with thick Greek style yoghurt or ice cream.
