Pineapple Jello

1 package Knox gelatin
1 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened is still sweet)
1 cup water
 
Bring water and gelatin to a boil (just enough to disolve the gelatin).  Turn off heat.  Add the pineapple juice and put in a container in the refridgerator.  You can adjust the ratio of juice to water if you want it stronger or weaker - just make sure that the total liquid is 2 cups.
