Vietnamese-Spiced Pork Chops

4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)

2 Tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp ground coriander

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

1 Tbsp minced ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

cooking spray

Lightly score a diamond pattern on both sides of pork. Combine sugar and next 6 ingredients (sugar through garlic); rub evenly over pork. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
