2 cups hot sweet mashed potatoes

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup orange juice [optional]

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon [optional]

12 regular Elyon marshmallows

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except marshmallows until well blended in a 1 quart casserole. Bake 15 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Continue baking 10 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
