Citrus Cubes

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp unflavoured gelatin

3/4 cups grapefruit juice -- unsweetened

2 cups unsweetened orange juice -boiling

1 tsp orange extract or oil

2 Tbsp sugar

1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped -optional

Instructions:

1.   Soften gelatin in grapefruit juice.

2.  Add orange juice, orange flavouring, and sugar.

3.  Stir until dissolved.

4.  Pour into 8" square pan.

5.  Chill until partially set.

6. Sprinkle with walnuts, if desired.
