Asparagus With Quick Hollandaise
Sauce Source: Tea Cozy 1 pound fresh asparagus 2 Tbsp. water 1/2 cup Veganaise 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. Dijon mustard Grated lemon peel and lemon slices, for garnish Snap off the tough bottom end of each asparagus spear (it will naturally break
at the right spot); discard ends. Place asparagus and water in a shallow microwave-safe casserole. Cover and microwave on
