Rhubarb Strawberry Sauce Source: Tea Cozy 2 cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced Bring rhubarb, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir
in strawberries. Cook 1 minute or till strawberries are slightly softened. Serve warm or cool. |
