 Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients:
1/4 cup gluten free flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp soft butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup quartered marshamallows
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
 
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. 
3. Add sugar, egg, butter, vanilla & beat until smooth.  
4. Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts. 
5. Turn into greased 9" square pan. 
6. Bake for 15 minutes. 
7. Remove from oven. 
8. Sprinkle chips, marshmallows and nuts over top and return to oven for 2 minutes or until chips are softened. 
9. Remove from oven and swirl chocolate over marshmallows and nuts. 
10. Cool until chocolate is set. 
11. Cut into bars.
