 Chocolate Filled Cookie Cutter

Ingredients:

1 package chocolate chips or 6 ounces allergen free chocolate

1 tsp shortening

 

Instructions:

1.   Place stainless steel or tin style cookie cutters on a parchment paper lined cookie tray.  

2.  Melt chocolate over double boiler or microwave until pour able in consistency.

3.  Transfer melted chocolate into lightly sprayed cookie cutters, filling about 3/4 full.

4.  Refrigerate or allow to set up for about 30 minutes. 

5.  Wrap completely cooled chocolate cutters in decorative plastic wrap.
